In 2022, Spatial approached us to develop a concept for a space in their metaverse platform that would serve as a template for users to generate their own digital spaces.
Taking as inspiration the Agora in ancient Greece (that public square to hold debates of public interest), we developed an environment consisting of an auditorium, a bar, a pair of galleries, and several outdoor spaces. All spaces are based on the same geometric principles of articulated corners that refer to historic architecture.
